  1. The discussion underlines the importance, and positive policy views on ending energy poverty, both as personal ambition and as proposed basic human right.

    Especially the Brazil case touches upon the in-built bias of the energy sector to not serve poor and remote communities, and hence the strong need for emancipatory policies from governments (even in PPPs).
